Is your Output Messenger Users list messed up with too many users?
You can Hide Users or Groups from your display list through Settings > Display Details > Hide Users / Group.

Hide Users

To hide Users from Users list,

  1. Click Hide Users Icon icon under List of users you wish to hide in your display list.
  2. In the Hide Users popup, Select the user and click OK.
  3. If you want to add more users, repeat the above two steps.
  4. After selecting Users, Click Save.

Unhide Users

Under Hide Users / Groups tab, select the hidden user, Click Delete icon – Delete Icon and hit Save.

Hide Groups

To hide Groups from Users list,

  1. Click Output Messenger Add Chat Room Icon icon under List of groups you wish to hide in your display list.
  2. In the Hide Groups popup, Select the Group and click OK.
  3. If you want to add more groups, repeat the above two steps.
  4. After selecting Groups, Click Save.

Unhide Group

Under Hide Users / Groups tab, select the hidden Group, Click Delete icon – Output Messenger Delete Icon and hit Save.
